Development Journal

A documentary log of how the work actually went.

This journal records how ORIA has actually proceeded — drawn from committed repository facts and honest retrospectives. It logs mistakes and corrections without turning correction into a badge of virtue.

How development has proceeded

ORIA was built in numbered phases: first a foundation and a source-of-truth hierarchy; then a master blueprint; then the framework (One Way, the Eight Principles, A Step Forward); then epistemology, metaphysics, ethics, worldviews, and participation; then governance and a draft Constitution; then the books; then brand and visual-identity direction; then the website; and then publication and launch. Each phase is recorded, and none is treated as final where its records say it is still developing.

Some decisions worth noting

What this journal is not

It is documentary, not promotional. It does not expose private repository internals, credentials, security details, or the reasoning traces of any tool used in development, and it does not convert the act of correcting a mistake into evidence that ORIA is trustworthy. Where something remains disputed or unresolved, it is left recorded as disputed, not tidied away.
